| Accounts
exceeding our liberal disk space or bandwidth by more than 5% will
be provided email notification of the overage and any increases or
changes in services will be reflected in future invoices.
Normally, the account would be upgraded to the next account
package or additional fees will be applied. File space includes
web site and log file space. Email space is separate space and is
limited to 30mb per email account. SQL database is separate space.
Special
Support requests beyond normal support is $100/hr.
Bandwidth to log space ratio is
approx. 1:15 (example 1gig of site logs = 15 gig file transfer)
